Hiking in Alta Badia
La Val, certified as “hiking village”, is considered the most beautiful hiking area in Alta Badia and offers many interesting destinations.

The vast hiking area of Alta Badia includes over 400 kilometres of carefully prepared and well signposted trails at altitudes between 1200 and 3250 metres. Furthermore, thanks to its central location, Alta Badia is the ideal starting point for many fabulous mountain hikes in the Dolomites.

Many bicycle paths and professional bicycle rentals offers Alta Badia
It is the ideal starting point for cycling the roads and passes that have marked the history of the Giro d’Italia, and the Maratona dles Dolomites. Starting from the villages, you can climb true cycling icons such as Pordoi, Giau and Fedaia pass on your road bike and explore the plateaus and bike parks on your MTB and E-Bike.
